Website works well and has relevant information for the products. Sales/Support via email has been good for the two sets of products I've purchased.
Just bought one of these batteries to use in my wife's golf cart / hunting buggy. This thing is well built and heavy. It's every bit of 90lbs. So far the battery is working great. Took the cart out for a couple of 5 mile runs and this thing only shows using about 10% of charge each time. Well worth the money to swap from lead acid batteries to this. Only tiny gripe is with the supplied battery meter. It's not very bright and you can't even see it during the daytime when the sun is out. Daylight just washes out the reading so I have been using the app to monitor the battery status. App works great. Overall, very pleased with this battery.

Shipping was simple. The description of the batteries was accurate. The batteries perform great. These 2 100AH when wired in parallel in our camper, they only lost 5% of their charge over a 4 day trip! Awesome! And the Bluetooth feature makes it so easy to check on the batteries. Love this set up!
So I bought this battery is tested and tried out! And it worked out terrifically perfectly! I need six more two more right away to complete my system I think to keep my air conditioner running for 12 hours and then I like to buy a few more for eextra power during storms and whatnot.! This battery worked out perfectly I can't wait to get two more and then four more and I'd like to try one to put in my golf cart! Right now I'm using it for my solar system for my refrigerator and my air conditioner but I only have one 100 amp hour smart battery obviously that's not enough! Terrific battery thank you! I almost forgot to tell you! If you go to will prowse on YouTube he completely takes the battery apart test it and everything on video in real time and tells you how good the battery is!
After much back-and-forth and waiting on e mail responses, a simple adjustment of the battery management system app settings resolved the issue and the battery is now operating normally.
A "chat" line might have resolved this is one day instead of weeks and some direction on using the app and its settings with the packaging likely would have prevented the problem in the first place.
Appears to be nothing wrong with the battery; it does what a battery is supposed to do.
Shopping for this battery was easy, click ,click and on its way.
This battery / charger combo was so awesome for my 2021 club car!!!! the shipping box was very well packed!!! fed-ex had smashed the whole bottom of the battery box!!!! but you guys packed it in very nice dense foam!!!! no more led acid battery's for me!!!!!

The battery arrived on time and has been working great. I added it to 3 - 200 Ah batteries so it would equalize with them and tell me what they are doing, how full they all are. I was confused because my battery bank dropped to 13.3 volts fairly soon after charging. But they will be at 13.3 V from almost 90% to 30% full, so the voltmeter to measure their charge is useless. The Bluetooth app tells you exactly what % full, how much is going into or out of your battery. You can also use the app to shut off the charge and/or discharge function of the Bluetooth battery. Meaning you can leave it fully charged as a spare until you need it. This is very important on a boat system, to have a backup.
Week2 of it and it's holding up great. Highly recommend
Good experience great product at an affordable price got the 314ah mini for our rv will probably get 2 100ahs for our boat.
