Warranty Policy

Humsienk is committed to providing premium lithium batteries that outperform traditional energy storage solutions. All Humsienk products sold through the Humsienk Philippines official website undergo rigorous quality inspection before leaving the factory.

To demonstrate our commitment to product quality, we provide the following warranty for all Humsienk products purchased through authorized Humsienk Philippines sales channels, effective from the date of purchase.

Rest assured, should any Humsienk product exhibit quality issues (as confirmed by our professional technical team), we will offer a replacement or refund. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty, and Humsienk Philippines reserves the right of final interpretation.

Warranty Content

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled without providing a reason by contacting us within 30 minutes of order placement.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please refuse delivery from the courier upon arrival.


30-Day No-Reason Return

Humsienk Philippines offers 30 days of free returns from the delivery date. No-reason returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Item and accessories are undamaged

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Item must be in resellable condition

For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the order amount if applicable.


Personal Reason Returns

If more than 30 days have passed since the shipping date and the buyer requests a return, a valid reason must be provided, and all conditions of the 30-day no-reason return must still be met.

For non-defective returns, the buyer bears the return shipping cost, which will be deducted accordingly.


Defective Product Returns

If a Humsienk product is confirmed by our technical support team to have a quality defect, we will provide one of the following solutions based on the product condition and warranty status:

Notes:

  • Price Difference = Current Price − (Purchase Price − Monthly Depreciation × Months Owned − Return Shipping)

  • Monthly Depreciation = Purchase Price / Total Warranty Months

  • The warranty of the replacement product continues from the original purchase date

  • Monthly Depreciation = Purchase Price / Warranty Months

  • Processing Fee = One-way shipping cost

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact us


Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product is defective, please follow the steps below:

  1. Register Warranty
    Ensure that the warranty for your product has been successfully activated.

  2. Contact Customer Service
    Contact us via email or online chat and provide your order number, purchase platform, problem description, and relevant photos or videos.

  3. Troubleshooting
    Our support team may request basic troubleshooting to confirm the issue is related to the battery itself and not external components.

  4. Confirmation & Resolution
    Once our technical team confirms the defect, we will provide a replacement or refund according to this warranty policy.


Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Normal Wear and Tear
    Natural capacity degradation over time due to normal use is not covered.

  • Misuse or Improper Handling
    Including improper installation, overcharging, physical damage, or operation outside specified parameters.

  • Accidental Damage
    Damage caused by dropping, crushing, liquid exposure, or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
    Any repair or modification performed by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

  • Third-Party Products
    Damage caused by third-party accessories or components is not covered.

  • Force Majeure
    Damage resulting from natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events is excluded.

  • Cross-Border Use
    This limited warranty applies only within the Philippines. Products shipped, taken, or used outside the Philippines are not covered.

  • Unauthorized Sellers
    Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered under this warranty.
